do you like to lie in?

Becky 11-23-2007 07:39 PM

Love it. I like staying up too late and sleeping too late.

Do you sleep late on every day you don't have to work?

SamboraQueen21 11-23-2007 09:05 PM

Pretty much except when i go to kickboxing at the gym.

Do you have days when you stay in your pajamas all day long?

Yvonne 11-24-2007 12:24 AM

not really, ive cut done for health reasons but i didnt have much to start off with :)

do you like fast food?

Thomas Anderson 11-24-2007 12:26 AM

Nope. The only thing I'd ever get from any fast food 'restaurant' would be a McFlurry and a drink. I don't like chips or burgers, and though I love chicken I don't like it like at KFC. I do eat too much snack food though (crisps, chocolate, biscuits etc)

Do you do much exercise?

(Don't)Lie_to_me 11-24-2007 12:27 AM

4 Miles jogging every day, weights in the evening.

Do you?

Yvonne 11-24-2007 12:28 AM

not really, my job keeps me fit enough as its fast paced!

are you a member of a gym?

Thomas Anderson 11-24-2007 12:29 AM

No, though once I (eventually) get a job and get settled into that, I might consider joining one.

What kind of exercise do you like doing when you get chance?

(Don't)Lie_to_me 11-24-2007 12:30 AM

Definately Mountain Biking: proper biking though, technical, skilled. Not through pre-cut tracks in woods

When did you learn to ride a bike?

Thomas Anderson 11-24-2007 12:32 AM

I'm not entirely sure. I know I had a little 3 wheel one when I was very little, then I had a BMX when I was about 8 I think. I didn't ride again until this summer though, got a new bike with my birthday money.

Do you like swimming?

(Don't)Lie_to_me 11-24-2007 12:33 AM

I can't swim :( This is bad as at 21 I almost drowned after falling in a pedalo lake :|

Have you ever been in a life-threatening situation?

Yvonne 11-24-2007 12:34 AM

nope

have you?

Thomas Anderson 11-24-2007 12:36 AM

Not that I can remember. I was in a car crash when I was about 3 but it wasn't too bad.

Have you ever been in a car crash?

(Don't)Lie_to_me 11-24-2007 12:37 AM

Good god, about 50, most on a race track though :)

Ever done a track-day?

Thomas Anderson 11-24-2007 12:40 AM

Nope. I can't drive, and don't see myself ever doing, nor do I particularly want to.

Are you green? (eco-friendly)

(Don't)Lie_to_me 11-24-2007 12:45 AM

Haha, no! Everything is on standby or On, I've owned several high C02 cars, I heat the house 24/7 etc etc etc.

Is Al Gore a complete sensationalist, idealistic ****head?

Thomas Anderson 11-24-2007 12:47 AM

He obviously takes it too far - but if he didn't exaggerate then people wouldn't take any notice. If he has to lie and make out that things are worse than they are, if it means people will recycle and actually try to help the environment, then so be it.

Have you ever run naked around a football pitch? (thought I'd be random)

(Don't)Lie_to_me 11-24-2007 12:50 AM

I have run naked on the M1 when it was closed at midnight-ish after a big-night in Sheffield, but not a Footy pitch, no :)

Would you sneak down the Hard Shoulder if you were getting off the motorway at the next junction in a traffic jam? If you could drive that is :)

Thomas Anderson 11-24-2007 12:52 AM

I don't think so - I'm a stickler for rules and things, I'd be too paranoid of getting caught or something :p

...any reason for running naked on a motorway? Drunkeness or naturist getting some exercise? lol

Do you like Star Wars?

(Don't)Lie_to_me 11-24-2007 12:53 AM

Drunkeness coupled with a decent bout of Horniness :D

Yeah, Star Wars is legendary - who doesn't!?

What about Lord of the Rings?

Thomas Anderson 11-24-2007 12:56 AM

Yup :D I didn't like the first one when I saw it at first, but love them now. I once sat through all 3 extended editions in a day on DVD :D

Thomas Anderson 11-24-2007 01:49 AM

Yup, the latest episode was good. They are trying new things, rather than just the random person gets killed every week - since they are 8 series in, they need new ideas I suppose.

What do you do now?

Becky 11-25-2007 03:34 AM

Psychometrist/Intervention Specialist/Assistant Test Coordinator/Drop Out Prevention Coordinator for a school district.

How many years did you spend in school?

Captain Walrus 11-25-2007 03:23 PM

Well let's see ... 7 years of primary school, 5 years of secondary, 2 years of college, partway into my third (and final, unless I take a Masters or something at some point) year of Uni ... so seventeen altogether!

Overall, how has 2007 been for you?

Thomas Anderson 11-25-2007 03:33 PM

Well the first half was my last semester at uni, and I didn't do as well as I'd have liked, though at least I did graduate. Now I've spent the latter half of the year looking for a job, and haven't had any luck as of yet, so it's been a year of hope and expectance, and dissapointment - but there's still a month left, so hopefully it will pick up yet.

Are you happy?

Peterson 11-25-2007 07:34 PM

Yeah

Have you ever made a complete tit of youself in front of your partners family?
