Will the TLFR live DVD be released?
The Yokohama DVD was supposed to be released, but Jon didn't like his performance.
I didn't watch the show today, but I have read comments. Do you think Jon will be happy enough with his performance, and that of 'his band', to release the DVD? |
yes I think e will. As far as I heard he had a cold on yokohama and didn't sound well thats why he wasn't happy with it. but these concerts where only there for making a dvd out of it they re did songs so yes it will be released. all we have to wait for is the tracklist (I suppose hardly more than the tlfr songs seemed a bit as the others where only for filling time for the concert hope I`m wrong) and the release date

I thought he sounded like he had a cold in The Distance in TLFR... Now he did have a cold! Still I like his voice!

yes it will be released, and it will have a good enough mix of acoustic tracks and songs from TLFR.

Yes, that is why they gave the show two nights so they can pick the best. Jon had no signs of a cold and his singing was crystal clear. The band was awesome- I did not see the webcast but I was there Friday night. I would find it hard to believe they would go to all of this effort to get it right and then not release it. Yokohama seemed like a more spur of the moment idea that they had to fund themselves- not so this time.

Yeah it will. It was not like Jon was singing out of tune the whole time. The only strange part was the IIIiiaiaiaia part in Misunderstood.

There are those who may not like the styling on TLFR, but Jon and the band's live performance was spot on. It's the first time in a long time I've been impressed. I realize it's everyone's cup of tea, but for what it is they did an incredible job.
