Medical people here...

Whats it mean if someones heart stops for about 3 seconds then starts again but with a massive beat then goto normal. Mines does this all the time just curious to see what it means.

Arrhythmias are clinically recognized by an irregular heart beat.
Im not saying that´s your case, but if u´re worried u shoud see the doctor.
