Like many of this season's albums, ''Bounce'' offers ruminations on Sept. 11. ''We wrote a rash of songs out of the 9/11 tragedy,'' recalls Richie Sambora, who says that he and Jon Bon Jovi wrote 42 songs before choosing 12 for the disc. ''It seeps into your consciousness and then breaks out.'' Okay, so it's another blue-collar rock band from New Jersey staging a return with Sept. 11-inspired songs, but at least these guys included some diversions, like ''Open All Night,'' which focuses on Jon's ''Ally McBeal'' role. Scheduled release date: Oct. 8
