Spreading the JOY!
 

Hey everyone! My local radio station here in Arkansas, KLAZ, has what they call the HI 5 @ 9 each weeknight. They take call ins and e-mail votes, and play the most popular each night.

Attempting to get Bon Jovi's "Everyday" on the air hasn't been too bad...as a matter of fact, they play it at least twice during the day. However, during the day, alot of kids are in school or older people at work...so they aren't getting exposed to it like they should. So there is a whole new market out there in the evening that NEEDS to hear it!

I am trying to promote them as much as possible as well.

I will call the radio stations numerous times and have my sisters call but it hasn't worked yet. actually, the station that I wouldn't think would play it is the only one that has. it is my classic rock station. it doesn't play a lot of NEW music, only the old greats.

Arkansas, eh? Cool... another Southerner. At least your station is playing it. The Top 40 station in Jackson still hasn't given it a spin. :( I'll send an e-mail to your station since e-mailing my own is doing no good at all.
