hi!

why is 'all I want is everything' on the these days remasters missing although it belongs to the album? instead they put a these days enhanced video on the cd!

Probably because they remastered only one version, the one released in North America!

Aloha !

Because it was a bonustrack in any country except the US. And the bonus tracks aren't on the remasters, with the exception of Bitter Wine.

Yes, The original American copy of TD ends with Diamond Ring.
