Songs written by Jon and Richie for other artists
I was going to upload the songs I have which were written by Jon for other artists (but obviously couldn't as they are official releases). Instead I'll give you the names of the songs I know:
Stevie Nicks - Sometimes It's A Bitch Loverboy - Notorious Both of the above songs are good! Especially Notoriois. It would sound great with Jon singing it. Maybe we will on the boxset... Anyone know anymore written by Jon and Richie? Jack |
Please respect the rules and don't share official published songs. Thanks.
Other songs that I remember at the moment are: We all sleep alone and Does anybody really fall in Love anymore, published by Cher. |
I am respecting the rules by not uploading.
I never realised Cher did a version of "Does Anybody really fall in love anymore". Thanks for the info |
they also wrote HOUSE OF FIRE and HELL IS LIVIN WITHOUT YOU among with alice cooper...both song are into TRASH by alice cooper
|

OK - I've done some research....
There's a song by Billy Falcon called 'Pretty Blue World' which is produced by Jon. It is also Jon on the electric guitar and backing vocals. Jon and Richie wrote a song called 'You're not my Lover' For the album 'Change of Season' by Hall and Oates Jon co-wrote the song 'I'm So Close'. He also produced the song, played the piano, accoustic guitar and Mandolin(!). Jon and Richie wrote a song called 'Under The Gun' for a solo album by the guitarist of Loverboy. Jon and Richie wrote a song for a band called Gorky Park called 'Piece In Our Time. They also produced the song and Jon played the harmonica. Jon and Richie wrote a song for a band called Witness called 'You're not my Lover'. I don't know how accurate this is.... Jack |
Richie co-wrote Cher's song "Trail of Broken Hearts" which is on the Days of Thunder soundtrack. He wrote it with Bruce Foster who was in a few of Richie's pre-Bon Jovi bands and who also co-wrote One Light Burning and The Answer.
