THAT was weird!
 

Some guy I don't even know just called me to ask me out and acted like we were old friends or something and I swear I didn't have a freaking clue who he was! LOL I told him I couldn't even think about that right now, but he said he would call me later. I've got to learn to be more aggressive.

Anyway, I asked my mother if she knew who he was and she did, so now I know I saw him at the funeral home last week. Gah... this is the second time somebody from a funeral has called me to ask me out.

Is it just me that thinks that a funeral home is not an appropriate place to try to make a love connection? HOW TACKY CAN YOU GET?!!?!?!!?!

While that is very weird, I'm with Kathleen. Sometimes love shows up when you least expect it. Maybe you should give him a chance when you're feeling a little more up to it?? :lol:

And it's not like he was asking you out in the funeral home, at least he has the courtesy to wait for a while before calling you.

yeah he did wait so i guess it aint all that tacky. u never know, give him a chance, there is always a reason for something and he may be someone who makes u very happy :)

No way!!! I think it shows real lack of character to hit on someone while their grieving the loss of their father... it's only been a week. I'm not that desperate for male companionship.
