Dawn - depending upon the number of users and number of seeds I have had bit torrents download anywhere from 2 kbps to 80 kbps. It also depends on your own max download speed and the size of what you're downloading. I just set them to download and forget about them. Usually within 24 hours I have all or most of whatever I wanted.
