Would Footloose be a bigger classic if Jon had played the titlerole in this 80's flick?

Footloose is already a cult movie and has a large fanbase. Personally I think Kevin Bacon was great in that film and I couldn't imagine anyone else playing Ren.

i watched it for the first time ever last night and thought it was great

I stayed up to watch it last night and no I couldnt imagine Jon playing that role.

Kevin Bacon without a doubt. I really can't see Jon playing that role. Wasn't that just a rumor anyway? Either way, I can't see anyone but Kevin Bacon in that role.

Jon would have been nice. But no complains about Kevin.

He is ugly. He looks like some sort of alien. :P

But he was good in the movie.

Bur i think both Kevin and Jon has lot of similarity and can be make movie as brothers. :P
