Grr Ebay ..

I have got things of ebay before with no trouble but about 2 weeks ago i got some U2 sunglasses and a fairy statune for my mum and my sister and they havent come, they were both suposed to come in like under a week. Has anyone else had problems with ebay and what should i do about it?

it is not ebay that is the problem, it is the seller.

check the sellers rating and you'll see if you should be worried.

Of course, contact the seller immediately.

The thing with buying stuff from people on the net is that you have to be VERY careful who you buy off.

I dont like buying from people off the net thats why I never use ebay although it is good for rare stuff but there is always the doubt in your mind weather it will come or not............

Don't forget that the payment and also the shipping could need longer at the moment because of the hollidays.

The best is to contact the seller asking if he already has send the stuff and when.

i've had quite a few probs with sellers through ebay, i take gambles every once in a while by buying stuff even when the guy has negative feedback. lately i haven't had any problems except for a gift i bought for my sister- the guy took my money and then won't reply to my emails and won't refund my money (i bought the ring just over a month ago) and the really stupid thing is you can't contact ebay about the bad seller if you wait over 30 days to do so. they won't even let you leave feedback for the person who screwed you out of the item you bought. always purchase insurance when you buy stuff off ebay, of course that doesn't help if you buy from the person i did since he won't respond to emails about refunding my money or sending me a new one. my advice is try to contact the seller, if they won't answer your emails contact ebay- before your 30 days are up.

email the seller and ask where your items are.

The seller might be away on holidays or something like that. Email them again in a few days and see what happens.
