Can't get any worse
 

Hi all,

Here's my little own post to wish you all a very happy and healthy new year.
For our part (my girlfriend and me) 2003 ended sh*tfully at 23h30 on the 31 of December when my girlfriend slipped on some ice plate hidden by fresh snow on her way to work (she's a nurse) and broke her leg (both bones from the lower leg, 2 inches above the ankle).
So we spent the night and today in the hospital and she's having surgery as I type this after suffering hell, especially early this morning. I hope everything will be all right now.
2003 SUCKED till the last minutes.
2004 can't get any worse.

I made the mistake of saying that 2003 couldn't be any worse than 2002 and in 2003 2 of the most important people in my life died. So, don't say it can't get any worse. As sure as you do, it will.

Sorry your night wasnt' too good. Mine wasn't that great either. We confronted a friend with an alcohol problem last night. We told him now was the time to start over and get his life together. He went to Tennessee to go into rehab today.... :cry:

aww im sorry to hear that jen, but still its a good thing, i mean its nothing but a good thing, he will now slowly get his life sorted out again :)

im sorry to hear that dude, i did my ankle in playing rugby and it does hurt like hell, im thinking hers is worse so i hope she's managing to settle down ok

i had to walk on mine!! :x
