Reacurring Dreams
 

Do you get them?i do i get 3 but the most common one is that i am driving a car and i lose control of it and just before i am about to die i wake up then i cant sleep for the rest of the night.I just wondered if any of you get dreams like it.Can a dream like this be stopped?

No, not really. I can manipulate my dreams so if I don't want to dream something I can change it in my sleep. Sometimes I do know that a certain dream or thought will send me to sleep so I'll start one up again. But that isn't really the same.

Nah, not nemore, when i was younger i did. i had these really bad dreams that things were surrounding the house and we're coming in after me. lol and was runnin bout the house hiding, there was a big brown monster out the back, and bert and ernie from ses. street at the front door! lol. wierd huh

i have recurrig dreams.... i also have dreams that pick up from where they left off.... thats weird too....

unless you learn how to practice lucid dreaming you cant do much about it unfortunately...

I seem to have about 20 dreams in one night then cant remember any of them :?

ever since i was a little kid i've had nightmares, so i'm always in a car wreck or being attacked or something in my dreams, but i guess that's not really recurring, just repetitive. oh but there was this one dream i had earlier this year- about me on a train and then somehow jumping off, and the train would crash. i had that dream probably 3 times... but i haven't had it since.

I used to have the same dream almost every night, I would be standign on the top stair and would fly down, and it really felt like i wos flying. I had it like every night for about 3 weeks. Another dream i used to have all the time wos i wos driving my dads car all on the streets (i cant drive) and i couldnt drive the car but it wos just going and missing all the other cars and id get home safley. Weird.

I used to have a recurring one, but that was years ago, possibly 10 years ago. I dreamt that I was on the playing field at my school (primary school at the time) and there was a vampire, and it started biting people. Then there was a Delorean and I went forward in time and everyone was a vampire, so I had to go back and stop it.

Obviously inspired by watching Back To The Future (which I loved even back then) and vampire shows/movies, which I have also been a fan of for years.

Now I don't remember my dreams often, and when I ever do they are very odd. Sometimes I can control them, and must obviously realise I am dreaming, so then in them I do anything I want, usually flying and things like that, lol.

i often have the same dream. I am always back at school, but in some strange classroom where all the kids are screaming and shouting at each other and the teachers cant control them...quite mad sometimes :? :lol:

i ont have the same dreams much anymore, but like i cant actually remember dreaming for ages, the last week i have been though and they kinda play on my mind for ages...its really weird
