To answer the question, Richie's management have said they are sure Richie will tour again. He loved it the last time and really loved seeing the responses from his fans. His fans are so loyal and he appreciates that!

That looks like it's possible Richie will tour SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE. It doesn't mean he's going to go out on a tour in 2004. Hell, he doesn't even have a record to tour on, so first he needs to come up with one. Then, he needs to sell enough copies to finance the tour, if he wants to tour anywhere else than the US.

Don't come here starting up rumours, when you don't know anything.

When should he tour? He has to record the album this year and after maybe some promotion touring, meaning interviews and stuff, no concerts, it's probably time for the next BJ-album if BJ really want to tour next year. We all know that Richie is not the fastest with recording and a big perfectionist.

RSBordMom knows nothing. She sits in England, far away from Richie. I wonder from where she wants to know about this if she doesn't get anything for the "news"-page of Richie's homepage.
