something weird happening on my PC!

i was online on jovitalk and listening to an mp3 on my computer and suddenly as it got to the end of the song i heard a strange voice come out of the computer speakers! i listened to the song again and it wasnt coming from that. do you think someone might have tapped my connection or phone or computer or something?

maybe it was police radio cos it sounded like someone talking on the phone or radio. (it definiately wasnt the song (it was "letters for you" by finch) cos it doesnt have a talky-bit on it.)
