Location for Boston "appearance"

Anyone know where this "secret Lunch " thing On Kiss 108 in Boston is?
ALl I heard was "hotel funciton room" but do not know how reliabel that is.
They did this before and it was at Mamma Kin - or where it used to be!
I would like to finagle my way in somehow!
