Formula One 2004

The season is nearly upon us, and I really can't wait. Williams and McLaren, I think, will be very close to Ferrari this year and will hopefully beat them. Renault look strong, so do BAR, but I feel they have been running light in testing.

The weather is going to be hot and sunny in Melbourne, so expect the Michelin teams to go well.

Race (and Championship !) Predictions:

1. JPM
2. M Schumi
3. Kimi

1. Anyone think Williams and McLaren are not showing their strength yet ? I certainly do, Ferrari are no-where near as far ahead as the Practice times suggest, in my opinion.

2. I like the new TV graphics:

and thus far the TV feed by the FOM crew has been second to none. Not looking forward to San Marino, where the "host" feed returns.

I'm pretty sure Williams and McLaren will go faster on Saturday. Ferrari have done this a lot to scare others, they come to Australia, give it everything they got and act surprised when McLaren and others pick up speed for the qualifying.
