Bus, tube or motorbike...I only come to the office by bicycle in summer...

a bit spicy is fine but not hot...

I like to have big meal for lunch, but since i can't i have at dinner


V Do eat a lot between meals o rnot?

never - I only eat twice a day as it is

should eat more often, though cause I somtimes get low bloodsugar and literally get the shakes and get violently ill - only lasts for a minute or so, but freaks everyone out. lol.



is it better to eat little more often, or less often and bigger meals?
