No i have a pint of water before i go to bed, you see a hang over is caused by dehydration so if you put water in your body you wont feel it next day.

ways to avoid hangovers: dont drink beer at all. vodka will very rarely give you a hangover. the impurities in the drink contribute. the clearer the drink the less impurities it has. guess which is clearer than beer or vodka....

drink water too obviously

dont get up early if you can help it

drink red bull or lucozade the morning after and have a packet of ready salted crisps to get the salt levels in your body back up

nah the only one ive had is becks which tastes like shit and there's better tasting things with no alcohol in them than crap beer

Not at all, but here all u get is non-alcoholic beer which defnetly taste bad, but some taste little better and i have them some times coz i don't have any other choice.

yes, non-alcoholic beer can be good - it obviously isn't a substitute for beer, but if you are not into soda and want a change from the gallons of water each day - non-alcoholic beer is where it's at.

we dont get microbrewshere.

what exactly are they? just smaller scale breweries than your coors etc.... things?

the only thing i can think we get here that is kinda ocmparable is old mens ale like old speckled hen which although excellent in drinking competitions cos it doesnt have as much gas as beer, just tastes like crap

a microbrew is beer made by a smaller brewery which uses traditional methods and brews beer in smaller batches - hence it is usually always very fresh and has a lot more taste to it than the big named brands.

around here, we treasure our coffee, salmon, rain gear and microbrews ;)

the selection of microbrews is mindboggling and I don't know of any self-respecting male (self-respecting being the emphasis) that would drink anything else :)
