The reason why this board's better than Greasylake
 

Although I wasn't here for a very long time I have to praise this board and the people around here. though it can happen that you can be pissed off after visiting this board at the end of the day it has the right balance of "praising and slashing".
everytime I visit greasylake I'm pissed off at the end; so much destructive negativity there. Bruces fans don't really know really what they have :(

I am on that board, who are you over there? I am Barefoot Woman. Can be a rough crowd over there at times, I agree, especially in The Underworld. But I have met many generous Bruce fans willing to send boots and tapes when they hear I like a certain artist so like any board there is good and bad.

I visit there occasionally, most of what is posted seems to be a bit on the strange side...but its mainly yanks so what do you expect?

Well this Yank is an ex member of the Greasylake board and I have to agree. So much unpleasantness and if you don't agree with the prevailing mood - you are damned. I came here from there and feel far more comfortable here. Maybe it's just me but I don't mind diverse opinions. I don't have to completely agree with you to have an enjoyable conversation. I miss some of the Bruce discussions and I do check in there now and again but I don't post anymore.
