What do you think of Bounce?
 

I listened to Bounce for the first time in ages tonight and I've conviced myself that its actually a pretty good album.. Sure there are some weaker tracks but IMO,it's not as bad as some people make it out to be.

I dunno if this is been posted recently but I thought I'd ask what you think of this album?

I think it's a good album.
It's on my cd player very often.

I like it a lot. The songs I don't like are All About Loving You, Open All Night (too fluffy) and No Regrets (lyrics aren't very good). It took a while for Love Me Back to Life to grow on me. Aside from those songs I really like the rest. It's got something to fit most of my moods.

There's been about two times since it's release that I've listened to it thoroughly. One being when I first brought it, the other being for about two weeks before the Wolverhampton show on the tour to get myself familiar with the tracks they'd be playing. In between those times (and after), I haven't really listened to it much. I still like it but I’ve come to see the weak tracks on there that I didn’t see before and it’s really put me off listening to it again and again like I do with other albums.

Its OK but i would prefer to listern to some of their other albums

I like Bounce very much and at the moment it's on constant rotation in my car. I skip All About Lovin' You 'cause I think it's rather boring, but the other 2 ballads are ok (IMO)

i think that bounce is better than crush which i definately "hate" for it's one of the worst albms i've ever heard... some songs (undivided, the distance [one of their best imho], love me back to life) are great but the ballads are all a shame and i think they only wrote them cause of this nerdy rec. comp. (though some in here will bash me again for this :lol: ) when you see the album entirely i think it's too much based on richie- one could think that richie's the only one who played- esp. this v-guitar he's so fond of is too much on the record
so compared to crush bounce is way better but there's no chance of reaching these days or ktf (which are their best records imho)... hope that after they "fired" (they didn't fire him but i like to put it that way cause i HATE this guy cause i blame him for crush and some bad parts on bounce :wink: ) their produce (don't wanna write that name- you know who i'm talking bout) i hope that they will make that they're gonna make another KICK ASS record- and i hope that te guys kick themselves in their arses and start rehearsing again for their performances have weakened a lot since 96...

Every single Jovi record is CLASS, and they all have special different things to look at. Every time they come out with a record, it's different, even though we moan and groan or shout and scream. I have learnt to like each and every one of them although obviously TD is by far the best (haha). I think it's time we started taking each record for what they are THE RECORDS OF THE BEST BAND IN THIS FUUCKING PLANET and be done with it :D
