The song is called The Cadillac Man, it was written for a film that had obin WIlliams in i think. Jon makes lots of jokes about it.

This is my favorite Jovi tune at the moment... I heard it for the first time years ago and forgot all about it until recently. I have it on one of live Jovi tunes c.d.'s and can't get enough of it. The music sounds a bit to me like 'Glory Days' by Bruce Springsteen... Just my opinion, people. :D

The style of music is very similar to Springsteen's. Even some of the lyrics as well reference to gypsies etc. At the beginning of the song Jon even sounds a bit like Bruce, in terms of the way he sings.
