I came across this on the internet and I have never heard of it before it i was wondering is this actually a Bon Jovi song? It is called "I Thank You"

No it's a cover song recorded during the These Days era and released on the Japanese version of the Hey God single and the Brazilian and European 2 CD limited edition of the These Days album.
