Does anyone know......?

The last time and location that Alec performed with the band (obviously not counting Giants 2001)? And the first time/place that they played without him?

I thought one of the last times was when they did Always at niagara falls,
you could see the tension between them then, Jon gives Alec this look like Ive had enough of you.
