Jon Bon Jovi, Bukowski and Philosophy

In the song It´s just Me, Jon says anything about Bukowski poems. And in Temptation he says about Daemocles´ sword, a greek story, like many others.

Did he even talked about literature or philosophy in interviews? Does he read Nitzsche or anything about the beatnicks (like Bukowski)?

I just know that he said once that he doesn't read very much at all.

He probably read the required readings in his literature class in high school like everyone else.

He has mentioned books by Bukowski, a favorite being Love is a Dog From Hell if I remember correctly and also an author with the last name of Leonard.
