Seems like a fair list though a player like Deschamps and other great defensive players should have been in there somewhere IMO.

Linekar should have been in the top 20, as should Gazza. My top player would be either Van Basten or Matthaus. I think Zidane is overated.

Bobby Moore is the greatest ever. The only man to lead England to a World Cup win- says it all. Who needs tarts/"pop" stars like Beckham etc.
