Integration: a step backwards?
A committee of Muslim leaders published a report today sayign institutionalised racism in schools was failing Muslim pupils and called for more all Muslim schools.
is it just me or should this shit have been left in the 1960's? we get enough problems here stemmed from Protestants and Catholics goign to different schools. Adding another side to the segregation is just askign for trouble. |
Why is integration a step backwards?

I think he meant that this was a step away from integration. Obviously this is segragation rather than integration.

If you actually bothered to read the thing you would realise I'm pointing out that shit like this is stepping back from integration.

It was a rhetorical question you flange. if you can't manage to read the paragraph and understand the point I was making then you're a bigger fool than you already appear to be.
had I said Integration: IS it a step backwards then fair enough. point being I didn't and you are a fool. |
Integration can't (and no one should try to) be legislated. It should just happen. Government has no responsibility to make sure everyone likes everyone else. So long as their protecting rights equally, they're doing their job.

Thank you for your kind words. You sound like an angry person. I understood what you typed in your post. What was confusing was the title of your post. "Integration: a step backwards?" implies that you think integration is a step backwards, but what you wrote in your post implies that segregation is a step backwards. Do you see your error? I was trying to help you because from your post, and the title of it, it seemed that what you thought was integration, was actually segregation. |
