A comment something along the lines of don't worry they'll get what's coming to them in the thread about the abused kitten got me thinking about this.

Do people actually get paid back for doing shitty things or rewarded in some other way for doing good things?

Pretty sure the large majority of folk killed that day had **** all to do with the US foreign policy btw.
