The Law sucks!!!
 

I stopped at a red light and I was patiently listenig to my music waiting for it to turn green and then all of a sudden BAM!! this car slams into me from behind and this dude must have hit me at like 60-80 miles because my rear bumper is now closer to my backseat and when he hit me I hit the car in front of me and he hit the car that was beside him. A 4 car pile up!!! his fault!! and he gets off of his car telling everybody he's so sorry that he hit the breaks as hard as he could.
There weren't no f*cking break marks in the street!!!
his eyes were red, his voice was nasaly he was moving couriously from side to side and someone told me he was out on probation for drug possetion.And then add to that that he smelled like f*cking Pot!!!
He was High!!!
When the cops got there guess what!! His dad was the f*cking sargent.
Why is it that the sons of cops get to be such f*ck ups!!!!
so now the tiny bit of insurance that his f*cking car covers has to be split 3 ways.I tried stating the obvious and saying he was drugged but all I got was a threat from a cop.
It's gonna cost so much more to fix my car than a third part of $2,000.
Why does this shit keep on happening.

sounds like a bad story. obviously you have really really bad luck! i hope you're doing well, cause a car hitting you from the back isn't really a cool thing for your neck...

Thats so not fair why is it somepeople just get away with everything !!!!

My neck and shoulders are sore.
Specially today, It's amazing how you don't feel it right away but the day after you feel like you're in pieces.

i know exactly what you mean. i had a car accident on thursday night (we landed in a ditch with the rood upside down :cry: ) and the first few hours i felt nothing. but friday and saturday my neck really hurt

A friend of mine had a terrible accident last year and she was saying the same. How at first you feel numb and don't feel anything at all, and then hours later the pain comes to you all of a sudden. Fortunately, neither she nor her boyfriend were badly injured - just a few scratches and pain on their back and neck. However their car was completely past the point of repairing. The stupid person that made them turn the wheel to avoid him run away without caring whether they were right. The car went out of control and they wen out of the road. Fortunately a lorry driver saw it all, wrote down the plate number of the culprit and helped them get out of the car and called the ambulance and stuff. They're still going through trials and stuff, but it seems like the culprit won't have to pay even 600 euros! :shock:

So it seems people can get away quite easily after a car accident... :roll: :?

I was so scared though, we were trapped in the car. We couldnt open the doors because we were in the ditch upside down. i really started to panic. but fortunately my friend seemed very calm and told me what to do. i was so much under shock, i still wonder how i managed to call the ambulance and police :?
