Does anybody have any news about David's musical? How did it do? Will it be coming to any other parts of the country? Can I get a dvd or cd of the music? Nobody seems to talk about this, but if a post has already occured about this, sorry!

To the best of my knowledge, it's only shown in 2 places so far. You would think with it's title being Memphis it could at least get a gig there.

Memphis turned out to be the smash hit of the season. Opening Night was quite a party with celebrity guests and a terrific spread donated by Living Room Events. Not to mention the incredible performances by the entire Memphis cast.

Memphis became the second most attended production in TheatreWorks history. Even with the added performances, we ran out of seats and had to turn away many who tried to buy single tickets. Never before has a world premiere musical created such a stir. Watch for more exciting world premiere events in our 35th Anniversary Season.
