Is it worth it?
 

So, I've been offered These Days Special Edition CD for 25 euros and I was wondering if it's really worth it. I know some people here have it so maybe they can comment a little on it, etc.

The thing is, I have to give an answer by 2 pm today but I'm leaving work at 1 pm (12 UK time :P ) so I'd need to know before I leave.

Any help will be really appreciated. Thanks! :D

If so, then I persoanlly really like it. A lot of cover tracks included, but theyre brilliant. The live tracks are superb. Go for it!

So you do like it? Hmmm... maybe I'll go for it then! Are the covers and demos okay? I do have Fields of Fire already and love it. Which version of Let's make it baby is it? :? I have the normal one.

What about the price. I don't think it's expensive for that album, is it?

25 Euro's is too much for it. There are many, many copies of it and considering that the regular TD is worth about 6,50 (which is the normal price for a second hand CD) the Special Edition shouldn't be that expensive. It might have cost about the same when it just had been released. If you're lucky you can get it from Ebay for about 15 Euro's. I got mine for about that price.

The songs that are on the bonus disc are good, it's a nice bonus disc considering the fact that for the KTF bonus disc they just released all the b-sides again. And it's not the suck my d1ck version of Let's Make It Baby. That one was never officially released.

Buy it Christina, its worth it!! Apart from fields of fire and Mrs Robinson, Dave and Richie do great covers of Tumbling Dice and Heaven help us

I personally think, its a little pricey, but its a great album, and you dont see it in the shops very often anymore, so I guess some people would say its quite rare these days although It is fairly easy to get hold of. Id check the likes of amazon and even ebay, before you buy it. Im sure you will be able to pick it up for cheaper than 25 Euros.

It is the normal verion of Lets Make It Baby. There is a "dirty" version of the song circling the net, but that one doesnt feature on the album, and isnt as good anyway. As i said, the demo's for me, are great!

Well, in fact I'm just paying 10 euros of it since the other 15 are part of a birthday present (long story to explain why it is like that :roll: ) so maybe that's cheap after all :P 8)

I think I'll go for it. All the comments on it are very encouraging after all. And TD is my fave album too, so...
