TICKETMASTER SENDS OUT ERRONEOUS EMAIL!!!!

Please be advised, TICKETMASTER sent out an email to many people on their Bon Jovi/TicketMaster e-mail list. The email details an upcoming BON JOVI concert at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey on October 2nd, claiming it goes on sale this weekend. ALL OF THIS INFORMATION IS INCORRECT. THERE IS NO CONCERT. THERE IS NO ON SALE. WE CAN HONESTLY SAY, WE HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS MISTAKE OCCURRED. We apologize for any excitement and then disappointment it caused fans, not to mention confusion! Again, TicketMaster's email is completely erroneous. TicketMaster has been notified and are aware of the mistake and are working to correct their sites to ensure that information is no longer disseminated. TicketMaster agents have also been briefed so that should any fans inquire into the alleged Bon Jovi concert, they'll have the proper information to assure fans there is no concert and it was all in error. Again, sorry for any confusion - we're just as baffled as you on this one!

Not so surprising these days. Ticketmaster isn't all it's cracked up to be and that's not the first time they have sent out incorrect e-mails for Jovi or many other bands.
