Jon in the Kerry campaign (need help)

My dad saw something about Jon in the Kerry campaign in Ohio. Jon was there with some other guy, but my dad forgot who it was (he was certain that it was NOT Richie). I have no clue who it was since I'm not following the campeign all that closely (Kerry is definately going to win my home state of Illinois). Could one of you good people tell me who it was. Both me and my dad are going crazy over this.

Probably Bobbie Bandiera, a guitarplayer Jon often takes with him when he's doing charity gigs. This guy also played on Destination Anywhere.
