UK Time

Today there is a privite members bill in parliment to convert us to european time , by going forward an hour.Do you think this is a good idea or not? for astart you would get an extra hour at night but as a result you loss an hour of lite in the morning

I think there are more important things to think of. Plus, you're not the only one in Europe an hour backwards (or right, because it's Greenwich time, I know): Portugal and part of Spain are too. Maybe some other countries as well.

I think that's stupid, the timezones aren't related to politic or anything but science.

Actually, they're only related to politics. The real timezones would be different, not countries but longitudes. But because that wouldn't work, they divided them politically. Plus, time isn't something we can control, it just is. So what does it matter what timezone you're in?

We get that anyway. I kinda like it, it gives me a good excuse for sleeping in:)

I think it's a very good idea !!!! when we have to go there, it's annoying with the kids, even for just an hour. But it's not very important honestly.

But i think it will be more simple for people who work with UK from France for example, same hours as everybody.
