does any one know where i can download (Free) software for, changing photos ie: making people look old, fat, ugly, like zombies ect?
ive been searching for months and cant find a site.

i use picture it ! and i like it.

I use Photoshop 7.0 for all my photo-editing. It's not free though, unless like me you use certain online download services which I shall leave unnamed.
