How'd you do the vector one, is it a filter to apply to an image or something?

Filter -> Artistic -> Cutout... and usually the values are 8 - 3 - 3 but you have to see what looks better. I've heard there's other ways to do it using the pen tool but I think this is easier :P

you know those pics i told you i was trying to make a panoramic view of? i did it on photoshop, just blending the pictures hehe it isnt great but at least i get to see how it'd be like. gonna make one of my bedroom tomorrow to show you :P and i might go to bed abit till lunch now, i havent been able to sleep yet, i still don't feel too well. hope your ok though. ttyl
