Well obviously lol

They showed the Star Wars trailer today, first time I've seen it at the cinema, although of course I'd watched it many times on my tv, lol

Neil just read your review on Sahara , it sounds realy good .although i cant go to the pictures i will deffently get it out on dvd as soon as it comes out . is it anything like the mummy?

Thomas Anderson 04-08-2005 11:10 PM

Nothing like The Mummy, lol. It's only a 12a so maybe one Ross could watch, only some mild swearing in there and action stuff, pretty good.

It's basically about a ghost ship from the civil war that Dirk Pitt is trying to track down, and the other storyline is about a disease which is killing people in the area, and both stories get through so the characters end up together and go to try and stop the outbreak of the disease whilst still looking for the ship.

One thing I liked was how human the characters where, not like James Bond who seems perfect and always has cheesy lines and whatever, much more down to earth.

Ross is very sensative so maybe not for him but i'll sure enjoy it. I do like it though when they portray the characters as someone that you can belive in rather than someone perfect like yo say James bond. It brings it closer to reality and plasably.
i'm watching the Borgata dVD at the moment and its so cool . although i still cant understand why so many went on about jons voice. it sound just the same to me . i think there are far too many people to try and put him down. it s like the british press love to see someone down on there knees
