now back home i am (still) having problems with msn messenger, it crashes about 2 seconds after i sign in. grrrrr. i've heard there is a new version coming out today, i hope they fix this :x

BT isn't a chat program though it's an ISP, and perhaps if you'd told us of you joining it before we could have warned you, lol. I don't think I've heard any good about it really.

As I said in the other thread I've found Tiscali to be good, they upgraded ours from 256k - 512k recently and we pay £4 for it now too, lol I think it's £15.99 a month and it's 512k/256k (down/up)

I have no idea what you referred to about AOL having never used them, I presume you mean they have a custom web browser? I switched from Internet Explorer to FireFox though, it's much more stable, hardly ever crashes and is simple to use.
