The Sound on the AMA
 

Ok, so let's face it...it's my life wasn't so hot, but not as bad as the prostitute who introduced the band or the sound on that stage. Everything sounded empty and produced poorly with feedback all over until Have a Nice Day, which sounded much better (liked it a lot methinks!). And what was wrong with the Mic. Jon was using when speaking? The greatest part for me was that they played These Days in the montage...heh heh, it was a nice montage.

I turned off the awards after that first performance and acceptance, did I miss anything good?

Alisha Keys is Ushers bit ch? I didn't realize. So much for 'authentic' sound. God the music industry is crap right now...

Jimmy Kimmel was really good though...

All in all it was a nice surprise from the band!

It's My Life did seem flat, although I think it was the entire band and not just Jon. Have A Nice Day had a lot more energy!!

I have to say that although the show wasn't great, it was much better than the Grammy's. At least we got to see various types of artists instead of just rap/hip hop.

What is the deal with Gwen Stefani's new song? I hope she gets back with No Doubt really soon!! LOL

I think it's one of those that's annoyingly addictive songs, one you don't like but you can't get out of your head, lol.

They'll air the Awards today in Sweden and I don't want to sit up all night...
So when was it?

BJ came on about an hour and a half into the show.

Do you guys know if and when it will be shown on UK TV? please don't tell me it was on last night and I missed it! :shock:
