Actually, you're wrong (no surprise there). Jesus was a real person, it's god that you can't prove exists. Jesus has been proven to have lived in the ancient times, though there are no proofs of any miracles performed. But Jesus existed. So feel free to believe in eskimos. What's your religion called?

So what exactly makes hendrix your hero? His drug addiction? The fact that he couldn't keep his pants zipped and had more girlfriends that he could possibly remember? How do you choose your path in your life with hendrix as a hero - choking to death in some girlfriends apartment on your own vomit??/

As far as ALL teenagers having heros - WRONG - I too was a teenager at some point and did NOT have a hero ...

However, if you must have one, go find a real hero. Pick one:

Martin Luther King
Gandhi
Mother Teresa
Jane Goodall
any of the rescue workers working at the worldtrade center site for months
and the other thousands of people whose names won't make the newspapers but act like heros each and every day.........
