This has been discussed several times and I'm not so sure it's a big deal for him. In fact he gets to do what he like the most (supposedly :P) without all the cumbersome duties musci business implies: interviews, photo shoots, awards, etc...

he plays on the albums and on the shows so he's a member of the band to me.
as far as being on album photos and stuf well I don't really know if I want to see Hugh in some heavily photoshoped album sleeve. But that's just me.

I think it's non of our business.

Well sleeves and such should be all about Jon. Heavily photoshopped.

He has to add some seriouse "coolness" to become a memeber....
