Bon Jovi e-mail
 

Hi everybody

When you sign up for the AXS Premium you can get a Bon Jovi (yourname@bonjovi.com) I made an e-mail for my wife, but I can't figure out how to set up the account to be able to download the mails from her computer.

There's not much help in the AXS page and if any of you guys can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

It is webmail, not supposed to be downloaded to any mail programs on your computer. You have to use a browser. If that's what you were asking for.

That's what I thought but there's an option to download the messages to a computer, probably with a virtual account or something.

But when you click on the option there's hardly any description of what you need to do...

Ok on second check it's probably the opposite. You can check other mail accounts from your Bon Jovi web mail...

I thought it was the other way around. Too bad for me then.

Yes, that's the way it goes. And I don't like that either.

Maybe one day they'll change it, but I doubt it.
