Quick question about times square
 

I watched the times square concert from 2002 on saturday ,the one that kicked of the NFL season.What i want to know is why did the blank out the wriggles ad on top of the big screen? just seems wierd to me

Because they (Wiggles) didn't pay for advertising space on the broadcast and vice versa....the broadcast did not secure the right to film the Ad. Same idea in Cops or any reality show where someone appears with their face blurred out....they did not give their permission to use their face on the show.
