I think I might have feelings for another girl here in Oklahoma... I haven't quite decided though if I really do like her. Ok, here's the story.. There's this girl named Brittany that I go to school with and of course she's really nice. Might be one of the nicest persons I have ever met. Anyways, we've grown to really be good friends. It's weird, we have so much in common and we are both going through long distance relationships at this point. She told me to call her over Christmas Break so we could go out and I have not yet decided what to do. I think she likes me, and I don't know if I like her... What should I do?!?! I'm so damn confused!

It really depends on the situation. being in a loong distance relationship is hard. id never do it, i think someone that takes me longer than half an hour on a bus to see is too much hassle and distance.

but anyways. it all depends how much faith you have with heather and how much you want to be with her as opposed to trying with this other girl.

You might leave it and heather moves back later or you move out there get married blah blah or, you find out down the line that shes up in kansas or whereas she is letting anything with a pulse mount her. wouldn't be the 1st guy on the internet ive came across that has passed a chance up with someone for a long distance relationship and had exactly that happen to them.

alternatively you could have a go of it and it could be great and you get married etc... or you have a go and it works out ok for a while then goes to shit too.

to be honest its probably goin to be option 2 or 4 and in a way that's a good thing because it means that it's not worth getting too wound up about. trust me, i laugh at the state of myself with women ;last year never mind when i was my age and ill laugh at myself just now when im older.

do what you think you should do. dilemas aren't supposed to be obvious to solve but think with your head more than you do with your heart or dick.

I can only say what I would do in your position. I'd remain loyal to the girl you're seeing now. Loyalty is one of the best and most noble attributes of the entire human race, and I couldn't looking in the mirror in the morning if broke off a relationship with a person I cared about simply because it's expedient. Feelings for another person may be natural and (I'd think) sort of instinctual in long-distance relationships esp. if there's not much contact between the two...uh, parties. I'd just make more of an effort to contact the person I cared about if that happened.

bah loyalty is over-rated too. especially when you don't necesarilly want to, need to or have to.
I'll never **** over any of my family or friends but if it's someone I'm with that I'm not entirely digging anymore, I won't feel an inherent need to be a lapdog for them just wait to be ****ed over.

I'm not saying I would cheat but I'd break it off then try and make a go of it with the other person if the only reason stopping me was feeling bad for the other person who's being a cunt anyways.

I'm a nice guy with regards to most girls and know how to treat ones I like properly but there;s a limit to how much of a nice guy you can be without it being derogatory and I'm glad I realised that years ago.

I'm not sayin' you have to stick with someone you don't care about. If you don't care about someone, you can only make the situation worse by staying with them. But if the only reason you're considering breaking off a relationship is because you haven't seen them for a while and you're looking for some female company...that's a bad reason.
