Soul mates......??

Whom u call ur soul mate??. And do u have any soul mate now and how much that meant to u?.
Please describe the soul mate for u.

to be honest i think soul mates come and go and there's no reason why you can't have several.

The idea of one person being your soul mate si all very cool and idealistic but it's not particularly a reality for most folk.

People make such a fuss about finding true love, their soulmates, blah-blah-blah, co-dependent this, etc. They miss the really important part where they're experiencing something NOW, with someone that they clearly care about.
We have such a short time anyway, why worry about a little detail like that? Maybe you'll love many people, maybe only a few. Maybe years will go by without a single romantic relationship. What matters is that you love when you can and carry it with you. Passion and love are rare and fleeting in this world anyway. Embrace them enthusiastically when you get the chance.

I haven't found a romantic "soul mate," but I do have a friend whom I'd call a "soul mate." Our connection was intense and immediate. Within our first conversation we talked about things neither of us had ever shared with another person and we can still talk to one another about anything, no matter what it is.

^ in response to that. It's great when you come across a person like that that literally blows you away.

But to further my point. it's happened to me many times and I'm sure it will again hence why I'm more picky about who i choose to have a relationship with as to who I winch in a club.

I really like that ^ unfortunately it goes against everything society teaches us.

As far as the soulmate thing - I don't hink a soulmate is necessarily a love interest. It could be a platonic friendship as well.

I guess everyones definition of a soul mate may be different.......

Jim Bon Jovi 12-21-2004 05:16 PM

yup it doesn't necesarilly need to be a wife or girlfriend or even anyone of the opposite gender but i think you can be much more deeper with a girl than you can with most guys except your very best mates and it's easier to get into that situation with a girl in the 1st place.

as far as guys go anyways.

allmike 12-21-2004 05:20 PM

so do u think, its possible to have more then one soul mate at a time??

Jim Bon Jovi 12-21-2004 05:20 PM
