I got a mail which says "your order has been processed", but nothing happens since then. When will I get my password and member name?

Well when you sign up you have to provide a password, so you use your email address as login name and the password that you chose during registration.

I tried that but it says "user unknown" or something.
Will I get a mail from bonjovi.com when I can enter?

Well here's a rather silly idea, but perhaps you could email them to ask them instead of asking people who have no relation to the site nor its functioning.
