please tell me if the list of Christmas Songs sang by the BJ members is complete?

Ice replied simply No, which is not answering the question but either saying "No the list is not complete" or "No I will not tell you if the list is complete".

If the question was simply "Is this list complete" and he had replied no then there is no problem, but as it is there is no way to judge what he meant without him replying.

If the question is "is the list complete" and the answer is "no" it should be fairly obvious. "Please tell me " is not a question.
