This system about purchasing tickets b4 they go on general sale - does this only apply to the american fans or to dates in england, dublin and europe etc??

I think it applies to all. When you register you are given a choice as to what country you would like to purchase tickets for.

Does anybody know how many tickets you can buy with this? I know it'll mean only on concert but what about buying for you friends, and friend that have brought Bounce?
