I love it - David's guitar is very much on display here. Remember, he is not known for being a shredder - he plays gorgeous, legato guitar. This album may be on the quiet side but is obviously a labor of love - it's beautiful. His voice is in great shape and Crosby and Nash's vocals on the title track just add layers to what is already a good track.

It's not even remotely a "rock" album but then neither is most Pink Floyd - and this album sounds very much like Pink Floyd's best.

I agree with Kathleen... Though it's not a rock album or David shredding, it sounds a bit like Pink Floyd and the guitar is absolutely beautiful.

It really is tempting, thanks for the little review. I've got such a long list of 'CDs to buy' right now and I must say it's creeping even higher.

The last cd I bought was The Very Best of Meat Loaf, great songs on even (even if most of the exceed 6 minutes).

Desert Sessions 7 & 8. Not as good as 9 & 10.

Last one was Bon Jovi - These Days (2 Bonus Tracks) for 4 bucks. And the TAALS CDS.
