what kinda sports/ workouts do you do?

used to play football (as in the version you actually use your feet) pretty much every day. being shit never deterred me but now I only play it during the summer n it's usually twinned with beer consumption.

I boxed as well. was pretty good but gave it up and I know if I go back into it, guys who didn't stop will destroy me and my good looks.

i swim and I do the whole gym thing.

I do resistance as well as in proper full workouts not just dong a couple of light sets after a cardio workout.

I think that's about it. i'm going to start cycling in the summer.

oh yeah i kinda rollerblade but it looks a whole less gay doing it with a girl and as it stands, I don't have that luxury anymore. Plus our weather isn't too forgiving for being outside too long.

what do you guys do?

any wierd cool stuff?

I go to the gym at least 3-4 days a week. Cardio everytime I go ranging from 1/2 hour to an hour. Usually I use the treadmill and ellipitical for that. Then I do weights and squats once a week too.

I go swimming once or twice a week and do 30-40 lengths. That's about it except normal walking with being at Uni, so it's quite a bit really being in a pretty big building and a 10 minute walk from the station at either end (home and uni)

I go to they gym 2-3 days a week, I do some cardio for 30-40 mins approx and then take either a pilates or step or another class. During summer I ride my bike during weekends quite a lot and play tennis almost every weekend.

I used to take swimming classes as I am afraid of water being the sea, big swimming-pool or similar, I felt a bit ashamed of it and stop going. I wanted to start again but they are always too busy for proper classes.

I run every day when the weather permits. Hopefully the temperature will rise and stay about 50 here soon (yeah, I'm a wimp when it comes to cold weather), and I can start running again. I also do sit-up/push-ups on a semi-regular basis, and I occasionally do simple weight lifting stuff.

I also do a quasi martial-arts routine when I'm really motivated. It's a variety of simple punches, kicks, elbows and such, plus some defensive knife strikes as recommended by a self-defense trainer in a magazine I read. The hand to hand fighting stuff probably isn't worth much defensively, but it's an ok workout.

Gym about 5 days a week - treadmill, ellyptical and free weights.

Every week I swear I'll start this kickboxing class, but then I put it off until the following week. But next week for sure ;) I used to do it years ago and know it will just kill me the first few weeks, so I dread making a fool out of myself.

In the summers I go hiking a lot, we have tons of mountains here and I really enjoy it.

Used to rollerblade a lot when I still lived in Florida, but it is too hilly here to do it safely (given that my ability isn't all that great).

Also used to do Yoga but not anymore --- another one I'd like to pick up again.

I try to jog about 3-4 times a week and I lift some weights I have at home.
